East Zion Experiences UTV Slot Canyon Tour

5 stars aren't quite enough. For starters, my friends and I traveled from Vegas and didn't realize that Zion was 1h ahead. We noticed this in the car and there was no way we would make it in time for our scheduled time. We called the company and they couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating! We ended up getting our own little tour an hour later with the amazing Tyron Spencer. The jeep ride itself was already half the fun, I'm totally spoiled for my next bus tour. And then, we reached the canyons. I've never seen anything like it! Everything from the colors, shapes, and patterns of the rock formations to the narrow "corridors" with high walls were stunning!! Tyron had some free time after our tour and guess what?! We were having such a great time that he extended our tour so we could further down the second canyon! All in all, the experience went way beyond our expectations and I couldn't recommend it more!

We had a wonderful guide, Liz, who was willing to go at our pace. This was a great experience. The views were spectacular.

It was great to see the slot canyons, but we didn’t realize they were so short. Most of our time was spent traveling in the UTV, so it was kind of expensive for what we got. I realize you have to pay for vehicles, gas, salaries and other overhead, but honestly, $200 and we spent about 10-15 minutes at each cave. By comparison, we had a four-hour jeep tour of Canyon de Chelly with a Navajo guide for $250. But, it was a birthday gift to my husband and he had a great time, so it is what it is! Vinny is a fabulous young man, you have a good employee there!

Zaag was a fabulous guide! We loved the trip and enjoyed hiking into the slot canyons. Zaag took terrific pictures of us from angles we wouldn't have even considered. We highly recommend this trip, especially with Zaag!

Vinny was a wonderful guide! I was surprised that he took and shared photos of our experience. We enjoyed our time! The only draw back is that it is a little pricey.

It was the perfect tour for us. Jeep ride, great scenery, small group, about 2 hours long. We told some friends and they went later the same day. They loved it too.

The experience of witnessing a cool and peaceful place that’s lasted the test of time, was so humbling! We love the vast knowledge Kyle shared with us!

WOW - what an experience. Once we enter the property, Koleman was making our UTV an exciting experience. The 2 Slot Canyons we saw were just beautiful! Highly recommend this trip.

We saw 2 slot canyons at 10am-12. They were different from either and beautiful. The ride out to them and between them was exhilarating. We clambered through a few gaps and scrambled up and down a few inclines. We had plenty of time to take lots of fantastic photos. I would recommend taking a good camera as the low light means that phone photos can be poor. Our guide said that 2pm is the best time to see the light creeping through but they still looked great for us.

Our guide was very informative and quite approachable! Wish I could remember his name but I do know we were the last group for him as he was moving on. It’s a shame, I think he was an asset to the company. We will recommend the company to friends coming out in a few weeks!
