The driver was on time, and we received a message that he was waiting for us at the hotel. However, even so, we communicated our flight number, he nearly drove us to a wrong terminal, we needed to advise him at the last moment about the correct terminal. After having used the same service for the airport pickup, I can say the company needs to improve the service.

I wish, I would have the option for ZERO STARS AT ALLl!! Paid for a private service, however, I was provided with a semi-private. I even questioned the driver of the vehicle after I was told that there was another passenger to be picked up. Even, I was told that I had the option to get off the vehicle if I wanted it which I found very disrespectful to me and my family. Unfortunately we did not have other option as to take this service that was already paid for and plus the fact that we were running late to the airport due to their delay in the pick up time.
