Tour sehr gut, drumherum weniger

Die Tour selber war super, die Stadtführerin hatte sehr viel Erfahrung. Leider wurde ein Tag vorher erst der Treffpunkt aufgrund der Tour de France gewechselt, wobei dies ja schon länger feststand. Außerdem konnten wir leider nicht wie gebucht den Fahrradverleih nach der Radtour nutzen, da wir dazu Kreditkartendaten zum Hinterlegen gebraucht hätten, welche wir nicht hatten und worauf auch nicht bei der Buchung hingewiesen wurde. Die Frau von Holland Bikes meinte sie würde die Info weitergeben, dass wir nicht das gebuchte Paket nicht vollständig nutzen konnten, bis jetzt kam aber weder eine Rückerstattung oder eine Mail diesbezüglich. Die Telefonnummer zur Rückerstattung ist auch nicht erreichbar. Das ist leider etwas schade und wird eine Wiederbuchung hier eher unwahrscheinlich machen.
