When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. THE REFUND WILL BE DONE AUTOMATICALLY.
  • We will do everything within our power to ensure timings and itineraries are respected. However, due to the popularity of the Eiffel Tower, we sometimes experience delays from security, or ticket desk lines while purchasing your entrance tickets. In these instances, the tour duration may exceed the allocated 2 hours. We recommend allowing extra time before your next activity to ensure you make the most of your Eiffel Tower experience.

  • We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs or any impairments requiring special assistance. We are also unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on our group tours.

  • All visitors over the age of 11 will be required to wear a mask inside the Tower, please make sure to bring your own mask to the meeting point or access will be denied.

  • UPDATE TO COVID PASS REQUIREMENTS: From January 15th 2022, public venues will require visitors above the age of 18 to prove that they have received a booster shot (3rd injection) 7 months after their second injection. This is reduced to 4 months as of February 15th 2022.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. This trip you can do yourself - as I had to as I was left where described by the caller as a secondary meeting point and the guide didn’t arrive for pickup. Still haven’t received a refund for this trip and had to purchase a ticket to travel up alone. Which in hindsight is lovely and can take it at your own pace to enjoy as you please.

I can't rate the tour b/c the tour company didn't leave a phone number or anyway to contact anyone at the company when were clearly waiting in the wrong place. I asked for a refund and was turned down. I don't recommend this tour company.

We have spent 30 minutes (20 prior the reservation) looking for the meeting point where was too confusing and problematic to find, told us to go to a pathway inside the tower park where, as you may imagine, is quite hard to find such a small pathway it’s not even a street or landmark to reference the spot. We were four so we had split to cover more ground and walked around the Eiffel Tower for 30 minutes on heavy rain (arrived 20 before the reservation slot), we did not saw a single person with the description provided in the PDF, we walked around every spot including the pathway, which after 20 minutes walking around (still on time for the reservation) we finally found, we contacted the tour using Viator (no answer and still in time) eventually after looking a lot for the PDF we found a phone number and they did nothing and did not care about, also said the guide was using a green jacket and not the climbing tour sign the PDF said. There’s no refund and no customer service neither from Viator or the guide company. Please be careful to avoid being stolen in front of your eyes.

Henry was a great guide, he was friendly and informative in a relaxed way. He knew where to go and lead us safely. We lost him at the end so we’re unable to thank him or say goodbye. But he was great we loved our climb.

We took our children 12,10,9,7 on this walking tour. The two hone operator was rude but got us to our guide so just let that wash over you because the guide is fantastic. The children loved hearing the history and facts of the tower (and his football knowledge!). The walk up is not as bad as imagined and the guide took our mind off. He tools lots of photos of us and I can not rate him highly enough not just for families but couples and singles too. Only regret is we forgot cash with being so used to card so could not give as much as big as a tip as we would have liked to- make sure you take plenty of cash. The timing of our trip was perfect, enough time for an informative tour and made it up the summit to watch the sunset and wait for the sparkling lights of the tower. Highly recommended fantastic trip, thank you
