Wine Tasting and Tour of The Most Beautiful Cellar in the World

The highlight of our trip to Italy. The winery was as beautiful as it looks in the photos and the wines were just as delicious!

We chose a short 1 hour tour because we had our kids with us. The length of the tour was sufficient. The wine tasting was combined with some snacks, which was catered to our requests (the vegan in the group got a nice salad, the ones who don’t eat pork meat got several cheeses and the others received charcutterie). Our host was probably shocked at all the kids (9 in total) but she handled it really well and was able to explain well all about the wines of this region. If you expect an underground wine cellar and a nice tasting than this is a really good deal.

The staff are excellent. The tour guides are very passionate and friendly. The wines with parings are fantastic. The price is very modest for what you get!

Very beautiful wine cellar, and very nice wine tasting. The hostess spoke perfect English, and gave us a very nice tour explaining the history of Montepulchano and the wine family. The tasting was very nice, and we bought some nice wine home. My best recommendations. One note. When you arrive to the address, you must enter the backyard, and go down into and through the wine cellar. You will meet the reception in the back.

We had a group of 10 for our wine tasting tour. We found the location relatively easy, a short walk from the center. Ron was an excellent tour guide. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the meat, cheeses & crostini's. We really enjoyed ourselves Thanks Ron! Jeanne & Greg

The staff was very nice. We were 1 and a half hours late as the winery was difficult to locate. When we arrived we expected to just look at the wine, however they were waiting for us and gave us the full tour, lunch and wine tasting. Wine was beautiful.

My husband and I just came back last night from Tuscany. The highlight was this tour given by Ron and his lovely wife. We cannot even describe in words how beautiful this place is and to top it of, the tour of the wine cellars.... incredibly fascinating experience and worth the drive. We have done wine tastings in Bolgheri and other regions but nothing like this. Thank you Ron for showing us an incredible time and the beautiful wine tastings and lunch. The superb cheese selection, the beautiful salad... and of course the wines. We will go back again on our next trip to Tuscany.

This was the best wine tasting and tour that we had while in Tuscany! The wine cellar tour was amazing. Ive never seen anything like it. You walk down several stairs deep into the cellar. The history was fascinating. Ron was our guide and did a great job! After the tour we had a tasting of 3 of their wines and a dessert wine accompanied by wonderful food including cheese, meats, bruschetta and salad. Delicious! Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this tour!
