Beautiful day at Lake Como

My husband and I truly loved our visit to Lake Como. The tour was well organized and we were allowed free time at each stop, which we preferred. Our tour guide was very informative and such a joy. Our driver went through some treacherous roads with ease. We highly recommend this tour to everyone. I just want to add that we had a tour booked with the same tour operator to go to Lake Maggiore. Sadly we never received notice that the tour was cancelled and showed up at the expected time. We spent the first hour of our day trying to figure out what the problem was. Thankfully Viator refunded our money without hesitation.

Sonia, our tour guide, was very attentive and cheerful! She is very knowledgeable and prepared us well in what to look and taste for. Sonia gave us enough time to explore on our own while making sure nobody got left behind. Enzo, the driver, was very good too and didn’t give us bumpy rides. Thumbs up and highly recommended!

Beautiful but don’t recommend to visit in Dec as most shops are closed. Guide was professional. Useful tip is get toilets done before the bus ride as the next toilet stop is 1.5 hrs away.

We had a great our experience of the town of Como, the lake, Bellagio and Varenna. Beautiful region! Our tour guide had a wonderful attitude and provided us with very good information and was very detailed in his instructions. We also had a very good and safe driver and the transportation was very comfortable. A wonderful way to visit the region from Milan!

Love those 12-14h trips. Super convenient, and well organized. The bus was clean, modern and comfy. Everything is done to make you happy. I took 5 during my 8 day stay in Milano. I am a solo tourist. Just show up at the time and place and enjoy. Lake Como will take your breath away. It is incredible, so serene and huge. The roads are narrow, no it is so very green. I was there October 15-23rd, temp. 70F. For a group 3-4-5 people, better rent a car and just circle around the whole lake, and park here and there, which could be challenging.

Despite the rainy start we had an interestiing tour of Como and as the weather improved we had an excellent cruise on the lake. Bellagio was wonderful and iur guide added lots of info. He suggested a great lunch spot. Enjoyed immensely.
