DO NOT book if you are a non-smoker. We had at least 12 people smoking all around us during the whole trip. Although sign said no smoking it was ignored. We were not able to use the ladder to get into the water to go swimming as was being used by the children all the time to hold onto, also getting back onto the boat was an issue and had to stay longer in the water which was very scary as I am not a very strong swimmer so was getting really tired. The only way of getting in was jumping into the water although the sign said no jumping. Lunch was grilled fish and pasta with salad and bread which is fine if you like fish but my husband is allergic to seaford so could not eat it and there was no other options available. Music was exceptionally loud so if on the boat we could not hear each other talk. The only good thing were the places we stopped which were beautiful. Only swam at first place, but due to issues getting in and out the water did not swim at the next two so just had to stay on the boat for a couple of hours each time listening to very explicit music playing. Contacted tour provider asking for a refund or partial refund and was told that because they had taken us to the boat and given us lunch they had fulfilled their obligations which is very worrying that they do not take paying customers reviews on board to improve or even apologise. Cost us £154 which is a lot of money.

Dear Tony, First of all we would like to thank you for your comment on the boat trip. However it is very important to repeat that as Gezenthi Travel Agency as we told you we can not choose passengers who book for the boat trip. Thus it is as well quite difficult to understand and test their respect degrees. Another issue is your fish allergy. You have never mentioned your allergy, you should have told us before as you do in airplanes so that it would be possible for us to arrange an alternative lunch package for you. You have asked us a total refund and not a partial refund, but as we have written you before we will not do any refunds since you had a private transfer (only for 2 persons) approx. 1 hour from your hotel in İzmir to the port where you boat trip would be and the same private car took you back to your hotel in İzmir which was a service provided by our agency without any problems or troubles. And the boat tour, the itinerary was pleasant for you as you have mentioned that was actually the main scope of the boat tour. Nice and clean places to stop and good experience of swimming. The boat is not our property so it is not possible to make any interventions such as music or people smoking. The boat owner should have warned the people who smoked on the boat. All your complaints basically are because of the unrespectful group of people and not because of our agency's services. We can only apologize on behalf of unrespectful guests who booked the same boat trip with you. Best Regards and Healthy Days.

En ce temp de pandémie quelque activité étais ouverte. Nous étions les seuls français présent à Izmir. Malgré sa, le guide Cenk Uysal de l’agence Gezenthi qui parle bien français, nous a traitée royalement. Il n’a rien bâclé ou négligé. Nous à vous effectuer 3 excursion avec lui et il connais bien sa région et il aime ce qu’il fait. Je recommande fortement.
