Change into your bathing suit and help yourself to a refreshing cup of mint tea, then wade into the warm waters of a hot thermal bath to soothe aching muscles. Stimulate your senses by plunging into the ice cold waters of the plunge pool then inhale the scented aromas of the steam room to revitalize your skin and energize your spirit.

At a time chosen by you, stroll over to the Aroma Corner and succumb to serenity as your expertly trained masseuse applies gentle pressure and rubs scented oil into your skin during a 30-minute massage. For a truly indulgent experience, opt for the 15-minute Midra 30 that combines a revitalizing exfoliation scrub with a 15-minute massage. Upgrade to the ultimate relaxation package with the 45-minute Midra 45, in which the revitalizing exfoliation scrub massage lasts 15 minute combines with a 30 minutes massage

You get in by batch of people that give the impression you enter busy, touristic place that will take the magic of the Arabian bath away… Be reassured!! You will spend an amazing time in a beautiful restored place. The massage are just incredible as well… It is a very clean place and The hygiene is taken very seriously. Enjoy it best after the Alhambra visit :-)

It was great to experience a luxury bath ritual in the 1000-years old bath house built by Muslims. I just felt a little rushed at the end of the session because I asked for a full body massage and it kept me less time to enjoy the various pools. Unfortunately I missed the steam room because of the rush.

This was such a magical experience!!! Truly a highlight of my trip. Every room was absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere was so relaxing, and the massage was much-needed after a long day. I would highly recommend this! My only complaint was an abrupt end to my 90 minutes. I was quickly rushed out, and would've appreciated a 10 or 15 minute warning that my time was coming to an end. Other than that, no complaints!!

It was nice visiting the baths and very relaxing after having been walking in the city for two days. The scrub and massage were very good. The only thing I didn’t like is that guests wash with bathing suits on before entering the baths. There are not separated showers for men and women

Seriously, we could have stayed here all day. Warm tub, hot tub, delicious tea, cold tub, steam room and repeat. Then get a massage. Then repeat. Why is this not available in the USA? Each tub was in an immaculate room that had high ceilings, gorgeous tile work, and had carvings modeled after Alhambra. So beautiful. Not busy with other tourists, my husband and I often found ourselves in rooms alone. Get to your appointment early- I think this is why we had more privacy, because we started the circuits a touch before others. Omg schedule an Arabic bath. Treat yourself. I'm back in Spain and need to schedule again!!

Wonderful to experience, pools were great but add on the massage to make it ultra relaxing and peaceful. But people...don’t bring your kids to go swimming and do handstands in the pools! That is not what this experience is about! silencio was the motto of the day as the hamam guide repeated numerous times to people! Massage therapist were skilled, environment authentic and cool!

y wife and I weren't sure what to expect going to an Arabian Bath when the outside temperature was +35 C (Hot). When we arrived, the staff is very polite. The experience 4 bath pools ending with a massage, where you start with a warm bath, then moving after 5-10 mins. at your own time between the other hotter pools eventually ending at the very cold bath, which at first was a bit of a shock but yet stimulating as your experience is tranquil. Then repeat the cycle, where the 2nd and 3rd time in the cold pool isn't bad at all, quite nice! Your time doing this is 1.5 hrs and the last 30 mins. is your massage where they find you and bring you to the massage area. We would do this again as it was a great experience. Important to note, you must be Quiet during the whole experience.

This was exactly what I needed at the end of my visit. You enter the baths were they have three pools at different water temperatures...cold, warm, and hot. The masseur comes and gets you when they are ready for you and treat you to an incredible body rub. I was so relaxed, I fell asleep.

This is a really nice place, beautiful and atmospheric, with a courteous staff. The massage (30 minutes) was one of the best I have had, and my husband also found his really relaxing. Definitely recommend! Only complaint was that it seemed a little short in the end, because we arrived at 4 and I think were all out by 5:30.
