Alhambra and Nasrid Palaces Ticket with Audioguide

A fabulous experience. Definitely should be on everyone’s bucket list. A stunning building and beautiful gardens.

We loved the Alhambra and the audio guide explanations were good, but getting the tickets and the audio guide was quite complicated… we had to queue and ask in several times trying to figure out where to get the tickets, where to enter the Alhambra, and at the end we were quite late. More indications or signs or even having the meeting point address in the ticket would have been appreciated. Also I don’t understand why we had the entrance to the Nasrid palaces at 11:30 with tickets to enter the Alhambra at 11, when ideally you start the visit by generalife, even the audio guide is in that order. So we had to run a lot at the beginning to start the visit there and then come back, and it was vey stressful. Finally, I find the price is too expensive, considering it’s double than a regular entrance ticket and the only extra thing you get is the audio guide. You still have to queue to enter the Alhambra! So in conclusion, I think the experience would have been much better and easy if you would send more information to the traveler, e.g. where to park, where to pick up the audio guide and tickets, where to enter the Alhambra, a reminder that distances are big, a recommendation to arrive at least 30 mins before the entrance… oh and also, my audio guide was in Spanish even tho I booked it in English, thankfully I am Spanish 😅

It was a wonderful Trip to the Alhambra. We habve seen a lot. Good Organisation. It was also quiet easy to book this Trip.

It was really enjoyable. Clearly our guide, Emilio, is pationate about the history of the Alhambra. He gave clear and interesting explanation about our visit. Our tour lasted 3 hours with a break of 10 minutes. Honestly, we are recommanding it. My friend had already visited the Alhambra a few times but still discovered a lot of new things thanks to Emilio.

I was forced to buy a guided audio tour, since Alhambra has only certain tickets for “on their own” travelers. It was scandalously expensive. Supposed to be in English and ended up being a mix of English and German which slowed up the pace. The guide was nice but not super-knowledgeable and in fact said some whoppers about Islam and Islamic decorations. We happen to live in an Arab country, read Arabic and my husband is Muslim so we know a lot about Islamic Art and can read the writings on the walls, so could tell the difference. Half the group deserted along the way

The guide was very knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. (14.00 tour on 1 March, group 8). We have visited before but this was our best.

Awesome tour! We were upgraded to a live tour guide due to “ticketing conditions”, so this review pertains to the live guide, not the audio guide. Antonio was very knowledgeable and friendly. So much to see and learn. Highly recommended.

Too expensive compared to booking on site independently; audio guides were in poor condition I think a site that require you enter a certain number of characters in order to submit a review sort of says it all . I had to write this in order to submit this review. I originally has 2 stars but have now switched it to one
