Different than I expected. Wish we had gone when the weather was warmer so we could go up on the deck without freezing! If you don’t get a table by the window you can’t really see much either. But overall pretty fun

We never made the tour, as we were on the wrong side of the river. There was no information to let us know, just under the bridge, which is where we went. Only, to the wrong side. We realized our error, and ran for all we were worth, but arrived 5 minutes after they departed, and that was the only trip that evening.

Frankfurt bei Nacht war sehr schön. Unserer Beobachtung nach wurden leider auf dem Boot weder die Corona Massnahmen kontrolliert (Mund und Nasen Schutz) noch auf sonstige Sicherheitsmassnahmen geachtet. (Freihalten der Fluchtwege). Es gab lediglich eine Durchsage vom band. Es wurde geraucht, womit das mit der Luft auch nicht sehr angenehm war. Ansonsten waren auch die Aufnahmen mit den Informationen zu den Objekten ungenügend (richtungsangabe, Beschreibung) und wurden teilweise zum falschen Zeitpunkt abgespielt. Der Ton war auch zu leise. Für mich leider kein Grund das nocheinmal zu machen.

Ahoi Jakob, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! Schade, dass es Ihnen auf der Tour nicht gefallen hat. Seien Sie versichert, dass wir die hessischen Corona-Richtlinien für Fahrgastschiffe umsetzen. Auf das Tragen der Mund-Nasen-Bedeckung wird bis zu drei Mal hingewiesen: beim Ticketkauf, beim Eingang und mit einer Durchsage. Am Tisch darf jeder Gast diese abnehmen. Auf einem Fahrgastschiff gibt es Sicherheitspläne die Notausgänge und Sammelflächen für den Notfall ausweisen. Auch diese sind vorschriftsmäßig angebracht. Unsere Skylight-Tour ist keine klassische Sightseeing-Tour, weshalb der Fokus der Ansage auf dem Beleuchtungskonzept der Stadt Frankfurt und nicht auf den sichtbaren Gebäuden liegt. Rauchen ist nur auf den Freidecks erlaubt und im Innenraum untersagt, ähnlich wie in der Gastronomie. Nach unserem Wissen gab es keinen Vorfall in der jüngsten Vergangenheit, dass Gäste im Innenraum geraucht haben. Die Lautstärke der Ansagen werden wir kontrollieren. Sie ist nach einer gewissen Dezibel-Vorgabe eingestellt. Die Besatzung kann jederzeit angesprochen werden, um mögliche Änderungen vorzunehmen oder um bei Missständen Abhilfe zu schaffen. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie dennoch einmal wieder bei einer unserer Fahrten an Bord begrüßen zu dürfen! Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Primus-Linie

Nous sommes arrivés devant l'activité à l'heure indiqué sur le bordereau. 1. Mauvais horaire communiqué par Viator, nous avons donc manqués le départ du bateau (à 30 minutes près, il faut le faire!) 2. Nous sommes tombés sur une personne de la compagnie allemande - qui était littéralement hystérique et a claqué la porte au nez à l'une de mes collaboratrices. 3. Apparemment, la compagnie sur place n'était pas au courant de notre arrivée. Un échec monumental.
