No Attention for Weather Conditions

They say that if weather conditions are not favorable, they would cancel the tour and reschedule it. However, this was not the case. On my tour, in the middle of it, it started to rain, there was no sun, and the wind got strong. After a while, rain got really strong and we had to finish the tour earlier. So it seems they don't pay much attention to weather conditions. Still, the guide was very nice and friendly! And the tour before the heavy rain started was awesome!

Seat Vinicus, thank you for your review. Web are so glad you choose us for your Blue cave tour. At the sea weather van change drasticly im matter of few minutes. That kind of micro local summer splashes cant be predicted by weather forecast. With our best will and with your safety in mind, we had to cancel the full lenght od tour, and start return. These kind of splashes cant be predicted as we stated, but at least you have something to talk about at home.

I would highly recommend this tour. It was one of the rhighlights of our holiday. Our guide Josef who was very welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgable and took good care of us both from a safety aspect and with plenty of sandwiches, beer/wine and soft drinks. The first Sandy beach We went to was idyllic. Beautiful clear shallow warm water great for swimming and snorkelling. Then off to 3 caves you can swim into which also had great snorkelling and finally a blue cave which was amazing. Thanks Josef and the team at Dubrovnik island tours for a wonderful and unforgettable experience, Cheers The Evans family.

Had a great time! Our guide Joseph was brilliant and the islands themselves were stunning. Felt like we were in Thailand or another tropical paradise rather than Europe! N/B We went when there were relatively few people (due to Covid). Apparently its normally much busier this time of year.

Amazing time. My husband and I enjoyed every minute. I am a swimming pool side hugger, ie a weak swimmer but Joseph ensured me it is relatively safe and I am very glad he did. The inside of the cave was a gloriously blue, spectacular sight. I am very happy to have overcome my fear and did it. Sunj beach was very relaxing and the sandwich a tasty welcome with an ice cold beer, perfect, perfect, perfect.

A sandy beach , cave snorkelling, wine, snacks, fantastic scenery and an entertaining and wonderful guide. Josef was a great host; fun and informative. What a great way to end our Dubrovnik Discovery. Definitely a holiday highlight.

Although mistakenly expecting a snorkeling adventure, this was of equal enjoyment. Our personable and knowledgeable guide, Jozef, provided lots of local knowledge and experiences. We went to a secluded beach on a nearby island, where we left to swim, sunbathe, or explore the island for 90 minutes. Then back to the boat to travel to the caves (which sadly were inaccessible due to rough waters. BUT, then off to the blue cave for an experience of a lifetime. It was an amazing view and feeling inside the cave. Then a leisurely cruise back to port. Overall, this was well worth the cost. And we met some lovely people also on the tour.

Despite not being able to go to three of the caves because of rough seas, we had a great time. Small group made it easy to interact with everyone. Captain was very accommodating...spent more time on the beach because the caves were inaccessible. Blue Cave was awesome!

Great half day out. We were picked up on the speedboat at Zaton Mali and went to a few different islands to snorkel. They provide you with snorkelling equipment and drinks on board as well as a sandwich. Life jackets available if needed as you are often dropped off in open waters where some people may not be confident swimming. We swam in a few caves including a blue cave, but please note, this is not THE blue cave at Vis Island nearer to Split. This is a different blue cave as part of the Elafiti Islands, it is just as stunning and you can swim in this one.
