Majestic Hike in the Snowy Rockies

I took this hiking trip to the Rockies with Dylan from Aspire. The views were majestic as we saw snow-topped mountains, frozen lakes, and wondrous trees. I would recommend this hike to beginner/intermediate/advanced hikers since Dylan customized the hike according to the group’s skill level. Although it was a short hike (3-4 miles roundtrip), it was worthwhile! Dylan also knew the trails and Colorado history/geography very well. Albeit the weather was cold and windy-I wish I had on more layers and warmer socks and gloves-I felt like I was in a winter wonderland from a movie. One of the best experiences I have had in a long time!

    Absolute must do excursion!

We were visiting Denver for a long weekend and decided to go on this excursion. Absolutely did not disappoint. The pick up was super easy and without issues. Our Guide, Mike, was fantastic from the beginning to the end. We were a group of 8 people with varying levels of activity and Mike accommodated everyone. Mike is very knowledgeable and definitely caters to the individual needs of the group. One thing to note is that if you are staying in the Denver downtown area the temperature in the mountains is 10-15 degrees colder. Be sure to have some extra layers for the hike. Consider checking the temperatures in Estes Park to be sure. The drive out was about an hour and a half with a stop in a neat little town for coffee along the way. When we got to the park our guide went over all the information and on our way we went. We were surprised with a good bit of snow and wind, but it added to the amazing beauty of the park. Also note the lunch was delicious! The fantastic handmade sandwiches from a bakery we picked up on the way out to the park. The excursion was amazing and everyone had a great time. Definitely recommend this for anyone staying in Denver.

Dillon/Dylan was an incredible guide. His knowledge of the surrounding area’s history in addition to his knowledge of the trails made for a perfect combo for a guide. Let us go at our own pace and was able to show us great spots for photos!

Had a great hike in the national park. We were expertly guided by Dylan the whole way. Not to mention three (yes three) moose sightings and a number of elk herds.

Beautiful and memorable trip to Rocky Mountain Cub Lake Trail

I would like to say thank you to Wheat Ridge for having such a wonderful trip. We started our day from Union Station with a chat. After crossing lush green roadways we reached to a bakery and a restaurant. We saw Elks sitting around the ground and hear their lovely voices. Our guides knowledge in this area is awesome. He introduced us to the tree fragrance which we didn't forget in any of the coming years. At last we saw Cub Lake trail which is the most beautiful part of the park. If you see my uploaded photos it will speak for themselves.

I chose this tour as I am a solo traveller with no car. I wanted convenience, a guide and other people. The guide was super great. Mike explained lots to us, but kept the walk going. We stopped for water and a breath and soldiered on to the lake. All up we walked about 4hrs. It was not too strenuous, but as I am out of shape, it was a good work out! The people in the group were great, there were about 13 of us. I would do it again for sure!

This hike was amazing and so much fun. Mike H. was our tour guide and he was so informative and always had something interesting to talk about. They provided lunch for us and even stopped at a nice gift shop on the way there. The views on the hike were outstanding and I would definitely recommend this one for anybody. I will always remember this hike. Thanks Mike H!
