George was a very knowledgeable guide on the history of Crete/Chania with a keen eye for the less obvious spots avoiding tourist traps AND continuously providing sound advice on where to take the best pictures. He drew our attention to the work of small family businesses with local production facilities: eg a fantastic pottery and a crafted knives shop. His enthusiasm and his ability to adapt depending on the group make him a brilliant guide. Highly recommended!

George was a wonderful tour guide! He was very informative about Old Town Chania, and explained things in a way that even my kids found interesting! He was very accommodating when we had to push back out start time due to travel issues. I would highly recommend taking this tour and seeing the historic parts of beautiful Chania!

Peter was the most knowledgeable of all the tour guides we had. We were extremely impressed. He took us through doors of the Old Town that often hid unusual items and uses from times long ago.
He was equally able to describe archeological, religious, architectural and military sites. His recommendations for local food and drink (I will mention fresh orange juice) were very much appreciated. Our mid-day lunch in a local restaurant in the New Town on the hill was a highlight. We will recommend this tour to our friends in a heart beat.

We took a day trip from Heraklion to Chania and had about 5 hours and this tour was great as we were able to hit all the highlights of the city. George was great and very knowledgeable about the city.
