Tapas and guide very good. However your didn’t start on time . We were left waiting 1 1/2. Apparently waiting for cruise ship. Not acceptable! Still waiting for an apology?

Very interesting tour with an excellent guide and three tapas / drink stops. There was quite a bit of walking up and down steps around the recently discovered Roman ruins.

Unable to hear "guide" via her so-called microphone. Was NOT a small group tour as advertised....closer to 20 people. Guide aslo "barked" instructions and was clearly overwhelmed with such a large group. After a considerable walk with no information, and no tapas, we left to go off on our own...and then finally saw the colosseum and found the main malacon and shopping district. Had tapas, Sangria and Cereveza on our own and found our way back to cruise ship.

I am forced to clarify, for customers who read this, that if you did not have the first tapa you left the group in the first minutes where the history of the city is exposed, the first "cover" is usually served at 11:00 and the meeting schedule is 10:30. Our guides are professionals with many years of experience and I guarantee that they do not bark. Exceptionally (2 or 3 days in the year), when there are several cruises in the city the groups can be a little bigger. It saddens me that the introduction was not to your liking. If you have the opportunity to return, we would love you to give us another opportunity to change your firt impression about us. Thank you for helping us improve our services.
