    Fun tour in Gothic Area
    , Jul 2022
Jordi was an amazing tour guide - he brought the gothic quarter to life and it was a pace we appreciated since we were tired from the day before. He shared history and intrigue and we had a blast! Thank you Jordi!

Relaxed walking tour in a small group through a very interesting and beautiful part of town. Two thousand years of history brought to life. The kind and knowledgeable guide had much more interesting stories to tell than he could squeeze into a two-hour tour.

If you're going to do a tour of Barcelona, do this one, and ask for Olga. Perfect English, really engaging and full of endless knowledge of the city, its history, culture and architecture. Thanks so much, Olga. A real highlight of our stay in Barcelona 👌👍👍

You can get the same walking tour map at the Barcelona Visitor Center, to explore these magnificent areas independently. I would not recommend Turisme de Barcelona, because they are too rushed.

The tour group was small & the tour guide was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. The area is fascinating and definitely a must-see.
    History comes alive
    , Sep 2019
Alex our tour guide gave a brilliant history tour that made the Gothic Quarter come alive. So much history would have been missed if we just wandered ourselves. I feel that by end of tour, we had a much better understanding of the history and culture of the area. Alex was a very pleasant, enthusiastic and caring tour guide. Would highly recommend this tour and cost seems very reasonable

This tour was exactly what I was looking for. Although the actual territory covered is small, there is so much to see and so many twists and turns. The guide, Olga, was terrific!

Our guide was amazing! No other way to see the Gothic Quarter. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave insight to the history of the area along with the background of the architectural features. He was honest, funny and was respectful of the time. I would highly recommend.

I booked this tour for my husband and I for the morning after we arrived in Barcelona after a late flight to gain a foundation for understanding the history of the city right away. This tour exceeded our expectation. Our guide, Jordi, was outstanding. He presented his knowledge in a systematic way that made the tour fun and exciting as well as educational. The tour was organized and professional. The equipment used was up to date and comfortable (earpieces, microphones). This tour was the highlight of our trip to Barcelona as it set the stage for the rest of the activities that we had planned.

Not at all what I expected
    , Jun 2019
This was a circular walking tour that began at Plaça de Sant Jaume and went as far as the Cathedral--roughly 250 yards, I think. We briefly looked inside two buildings, but most of the "tour" consisted of the guide telling us that things we thought we saw were fake. I was very disappointed. There are lots of interesting buildings in Barcelona that I'd have liked to have learned about, but it just wasn't possible on this tour.

Very interesting and informative walking tour. A lot of knowledge about the Gothic Quarter, the history of the Catalon region and everything about the old walled city.

The tour is awesome! You traverse centuries of history and only walk for a short while. The only drawback was the tour was laid out like some sort of Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure where you never really know where you'll wind up in time. It would have helped a bit to put the tour in chronological order. Nevertheless, it is a good way to get a quick sense of the history of the Gothic Quarter...
