A fun trip for all ages

We had a great tour guide named David. This field trip is worth taking. It’s very educational and fun. It was a very cold windy day but we still really enjoyed it. I would guess that the wind mills were working double time that day. The demonstration on the wooden shoe making was interesting. This would be fun for all ages. There were only 7 of us so that was much nicer than a large group.

We enjoyed this tour a lot. 7 people total and the guide was fantastic. He was very I formative and gave us a lot of exp,a nation about what we were seeing and was able to answer a lot of questions. This was a good pace and very relaxing. We even bought cheese to take back to the cruise ship with us. Definitely recommend!

Amazing outing. Short distance from the city of Amsterdam, knowledgeable and very nice guide and small group (total 7 people). Great demonstration of how the clogs are made, how the cheese is made and we were able to climb inside a windmill. Had time to shop and look around too. Highly recommend this half day event.

Excellent tour. Zaanse Schans is such a beautiful and pretty village. If you like getting out of the city to explore history and culture then this will be the one I’d recommend the most. And our tour guide was really good as well. Knowledgeable and friendly.

We enjoyed our visit to Zaanse Schwan's village. The guide was very pleasant and informative. Being in a small group was very nice as we could move about easily and were able to get close to everything. The village was beautiful and gave a good representation of Dutch life. The windmills were impressive!

The experience more than met our expectations. The scenery was exquisite. The town was charming and full of history. Our minds were opened to the history of windmills, the art of clog and cheese making. Our guide deserves five stars. He was friendly, knowledgeable and shared his history with the group. We immediately felt connected to Zaanse Schans.

Beautiful place to spend some time. Tour guide was good - however the initial car journey was a bit quiet/awkward. Overall a worthwhile tour but a bit expensive considering 2 out of 3 attractions had no entry fee.
