The tour was lovely and our tour guide excellent. However, the tour needs a bit of tweaking. More time needs to be added at Zaanse Schans, and possibly a different cheese place - one that is not so touristy. Not sure why we visited Volendam and Marken… they are cute villages, but lacking in attractions. One suggestion would be to include a ferry ride from Volendam to Marken, that may make more of an impact.

Laura the tour guide was excellent! She was very knowledgeable and kept things lively and interesting. I would definitely recommend this tour or any tour Laura is leading! For the Tour Company - I'd suggest a little more time in Zaanse Schans - it was great that we got their early but could have used maybe another 15 or so minutes.

This was a very enjoyable way to spend a day outside of Amsterdam. The countryside is beautiful and a nice change up from the hustle bustle of The city. I did this tour alone ( hubby had to work) and it was perfect . Rob, our tour guide was a wealth of information and so friendly. He tried to make everyone feel at home. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
