The search for the red umbrella which we never did spot, orange shirt finally gave it away, very little touristy info from staff , from our seating position extremely difficult to see

We expected a boat with a roof (as in the picture on the website) and a 90 minute trip. When we got there, it was an open boat. I said it was 8:15 and it would be too cold but was assured blankets would be provided. There were no blankets on board. The trip only lasted 60 minutes. Very disappointed as it was a trip to see the lights on the canals for my husbands birthday. It was still light when we got back and we were both so cold, we had to go home. The captain offered a refund - I am waiting to see if this happens. Such a shame!

The cruise crew, I can’t remember their names (maybe Ilery, Marco, and Luca?) as well as the dockside people were delightful! It was a fun cruise with great commentary. The wine and cheese were well worth the cost and were replenished as needed. They dealt very well with a noisy and inconsiderate group on the cruise—pleasantly and politely asking them to hold down their screams so that others could hear the commentary. They didn’t get stressed out and they managed to make it fun and interesting despite the rude people. I’d take this one again! Highly recommended!!

Totally cool experience! Loved being able to see so much of the city while also learning a bit of history. Our tour guides, Vincent and I can’t remember the other guy (native of the Netherlands), were fun and very interactive with the whole boat! Drinks were also very good. Would definitely recommend this experience!
