Private Backcountry Skiing Class in Wasatch
There is a good reason we make our home here in the Wasatch. The snow is the greatest on earth, and the access to great backcountry skiing is unrivaled. With an average annual snowfall of over 500 inches, we can almost guarantee a phenomenal day of skiing. When people ask me what is my favorite place I have been, I often respond; "Skiing in the Wasatch!"
Less than 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City airport, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons serve up world-class backcountry skiing. There is literally no approach to most of our skiing, once we clip into our bindings we skin uphill. Every foot of elevation we gain climbing up is enjoyed with great turns on the way back down.
Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons are the two major canyons that largely defines our area of operation. We can use public and commercial transportation as well as lifts to aid our access to amazing skiing.
