Monte Sibilla is perhaps the most accessible of the Sibillini Range—a chain of sublime mountains in the Le Marche region’s southwestern flank. Take a guided hike to the mountain’s peak starting at the Rifugio Sibilia hut, using the easy to intermediate route along the Mount Zampa ridge. A guide takes you to the Cave of Sibilia, named after its mythical inhabitant, the Apennine Sibyl.

Breathtaking night on the roof of the Marche! With its 2476 meters of altitude, Monte Vettore is the highest mountain in the Sibillini range. The efforts to reach this exceptional location will undoubtedly be rewarded by the spectacle of the birth of a new day: the unreal silence near the summit is broken only by the sound of the stony ground that almost becomes a melody under the steps, in the distance the sparkling of inhabited centers, and the light that explodes from the Adriatic going to illuminate lands, villages and towns.

We will walk immersed in the sounds of the forest and its inhabitants and, at nightfall, we will discover legends and myths related to the most suggestive constellations of the summer sky: Sagittarius, Scorpio, the Summer Triangle.

Excursion to one of the most suggestive valleys of Monti della Laga, there are two wonderful waterfalls in the upper valley of the Rio Garrafo. Simple E type excursion also suitable for kids who love walking in the mountains, they are less than 700m in altitude with an 11km path around the walk is all in the woods along the suggestive Rio Garrafo.

Walking away from the light pollution of the city, with the only help of the warm light of the lanterns powered by candles to observe these small insects, the fireflies, a symbol of summer and the natural environment of the rolling hills of the Marche.

Hidden between the walls of an ancient cave, there is a place that seems to come out of a fantasy story. It is the Tempietto del Valadier, a neoclassical church built by Pope Leo XII in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi. We will visit a huge system of cavities and ravines that is part of the complex of caves of the Parco Gola della Rossa - Frasassi. The inscription reads Refugium Peccatorum: the place has in fact given refuge to believers fleeing from the world or perhaps from themselves for centuries. Not far from the Valadier temple is another sacred building that shares the walls with the mountain and is precariously perched outside the cave. This is the Madonna Infra Saxa, a hermitage dating back to 1029 where Benedictine nuns lived in seclusion. At the end of the tour we will also visit San Vittore delle Chiuse, one of the four most beautiful Romanesque abbeys of the year 1000 in the Marche region.

The panorama is truly breathtaking: the sea, the sand, the rocks of the Two Sisters broken by the waters and from a distance you can see the Grotta del Mortarolo. Continue walking on the beach to the Church of Santa Maria and then return again inland along another lake: the Deep Lake.
