Learn the secrets behind baking rustic bread at home with a private cooking class in Greece. Visit the house of a local for a half-day class devoted to the art of sourdough bread. Work with sourdough starter, knead the dough, and get hands-on experience in making the bread start to finish. Prepare traditional Greek dips, such as tzatziki, to serve with the bread. Bread, dips, and homemade wine are included in the class.

In our bio-dynamic farm we grow organic vegetables and fruits of locel varieties. Our guests will have the opportunity to experience the farm life for the day, participating in all the routine tasks of our farm (feeding the animals, checking the plants and harvesting the vegetables that we will use for cooking. We will cook "briam", a traditional recipe using extra virgin olive oil. Overall our guests will experience a farm to fork meal that they will participate in resourcing the ingredients, preparing and cooking it.
