Aqua Paradise Tours and Activities

An enormous water park just outside Nessebar, Aqua Paradise is also home to a large resort hotel. The park, sometimes known as Aqua Park Nessebar, features over 20 water slides, multiple swimming pools, lazy rivers, and attractions including a surf simulator. There are also a range of bars and restaurants, plus themed live shows in season.
The Basics
Guests at the Aqua Paradise hotel enjoy free entry to Aqua Paradise, but other travelers will need to pay. Prices include access to sunbeds and all slides and rides, but exclude lockers. Children under 3 feet (90 centimeters) tall go free; children up to 4 feet 3 inches (1.3 meters) enjoy a discount. Please note that under-18s must be accompanied by an adult. Half-day discounts apply for visitors arriving from midafternoon.
Things to Know Before You Go
How to Get There
Aqua Paradise is located just off the main road on the western fringes of Nessebar, with free parking on-site. There are occasional free shuttle buses to and from Elenite and regular free shuttles to and from signed stops in Ravda, St. Vlas, Nessebar, and Sunny Beach. A fee applies for shuttle transfers from Pomorie.
When to Get There
Aqua Paradise generally opens from late May until the middle of September and is at its busiest during the European peak summer season (from mid-July until the end of August). It’s open from morning until early evening seven days a week, with discounts available for afternoon visitors. During shoulder seasons, some slides may close without warning.
What Is the Difference Between Nessebar’s Water Parks?
There are two separate water parks in the Nessebar area. Action Aquapark is in Sunny Beach, about 4 miles (7 kilometers) north of Nessebar proper; Aqua Paradise is on the western outskirts of Nessebar, about 3 miles (5 kilometers) from the Old Town. Action Aquapark is slightly smaller and a little older, with a miniature zoo, but both are priced around the same, and many families will want to check out both.
